You can exit setup long time before, if you have downloaded archn160.exe
(not .zip). I suppose that all PCs has at least option swap to disk and
CGA adapter, so you can exit from next screen, if necessary ;)

Yes, it is possible now. I included old WWWMAN.EXE to the package
mistakenly.

Yes. You don't have enough DOS memory ... or maybe I should more carefuly
test various combinations of amount of available low DOS memory...
