I agree and want to offer some ideas to make it easier to continue
this list (specially if the amount of subscribers will grow, imagine
100.000 list members!!!):
1) Replies can quote _short_ pieces of the original message (or
nothing at all).
2) Attachments are not always necessary, give URL's or private
e-mail addresses instead.
3) Read other peoples replies to look if things are not already
told by someone else.
4) Be as complete as possible (less need for demands for
explanations).
5) Try to solve things first instead of asking first (wait one
or more days with posting to see if it's still a problem).
6) Don't attach HTML version of the message.
7) Thanks, confirmations and other personal notes/replies can go
_off_ list.
