Some of the script isn't labeled "javascript" but it sure as heck is
built like javascript.

Instead of gnashing & grinding teeth, why not do what I did?  Write
webmaster to congratulate him on making the MOMA website unviewable for
many people.  And I suggested he look into the "Any Browser" campaign. 
I guaranteed him that the pages would take a lot less space on their
server if he'd dump the javashit [I didn't call it that ...]
