I've noticed a few having trouble with Freewwweb's POP3 and SMTP
servers. Make sure your email sign in name is just your username, no
@freewwweb.com behind it! Also, make sure Arachne has your email
password listed in the top right hand box of Insight, if not, enter it
then click on the "Accept" button! Now, try your Freewwweb mail again!
