Here's an idea.
I run Arachne by calling the batch I.BAT that:
@echo off
c:
cd \arachne
arachne^Z

Very simple.

You could use such a batch to make sure that the history list
will always be deleted when you exit Arachne, or start it.

Just add the line: echo a > c:\arachne\history.lst

This will overwrite the entire file with the letter "a". :)

Now just put it in whatever batch file you'd like to call Arachne
with, and when you want it to delete the history (before or after..
or both, even) and that should do it. :)
