With a limited amount of testing, it seems fine so far. No xSwap
error messaages yet. Is the memory fix likely to fix this also?
Looking forward to the alternative core.exe's also. I am still
running 1.48 on my XT Arachne box. In fact I repartitioned my 40 meg
ST251 and "upgraded" to PCDOS 3.3 from the MSDOS 6.xx. This should
free up more memory for Arachne. After reinstalling 1.48 it
works fine on the "new" old DOS. I run 1.48 on this machine since you
had an alternative core.exe for that release and it gives me more
free memory. When the alternative executables are available I will
report on them on the XT. Thanks for the new release. Keep up the
excellent work.
