V1.6 Bug?

   Arachne V1.6 seems prone to re-drawing the screen display WITHOUT
first removing the previous image, on some web pages. Here's the
address of an example page:

   It's a long page and using page-up/page-down a few times results in a
terrible muddle, visually! Perhaps others of us could try it and say
whether they experience the same effect - or perhaps it's just me??
