Most of us have learned that when we leave the InBox we'll need to "R"
to recreate a new index page when we return to InBox.

I did that today, then went to check on something, then came back [using
ESC to back up] to Inbox and the *old* index page was there on my
screen. Totally confusing.

Admittedly, I may have backed up too far and bypassed the new index page
without realizing I'd done it.

However, I would expect the index page to have its own dedicated file
name. That would mean when a new index page was generated, the old
index page would be overwritten ... there should be no way possible to
see the old page.

Could it be the way the index page is cached? I thought it was going to
TEMP rather than into the regular Cache directory and rather than being
on the regular cache index. Guess I was wrong??
