Since I'm not 100% certain of what you mean I'll answer the questions in
this way:

Yes, 1.61 has unarj.exe included and will check before installing (as do
1.50b1's IIRC). It will NOT copy the file with the correct name to the
download directory (this will create problems as it was earlier done).

Yes, some are new. I don't know if anyone has changed. (I'll be changing
dosamp.apm ASAP (removing cwsdpmi.exe)).

You can save it yourself if you copy it from the cache directory.
