Hello L.D:
You want an address list that is compatible with Arachne? Get DIRTEL.EXE
by Jorge Franganillo. Freeware! You will find it in an archive named
DT326EN.ZIP. The EN stands for the English version. For others who may be
interested, there is also a Spanish version and an Italian version, and I
believe there is also a French version. The last time I checked, the author
no longer maintains a web site from which his program may be downloaded.
This program was recommended to list members a long time ago by Dev
Teeluchsingh. You might find a link for it on Dev's home page.
DIRTEL is a name-and-address database program that has a feature for
converting your DBF to text and html formats. I have the html file as
produced by DIRTEL, and as represented by the address book ikon, in my
MAIL.HTM file. Very easy to use. Just click on the address book ikon and
then click on the "mailto:" link.
Hope this helps,
Sam Heywood
