Would I need to know any programming to use this?

I have used Heimo's ReRead program.

I have tried this program and liked it, but it was too complicated for
me to get it setup for email, as I did not know how to set it up for
Arachne/Pegasus .cnm file format as well as setting it up to create a
reply in the Arachne .tbs format. Could you contact me offlist and
help me set it up? I will need to reinstall it as I deleted it
recently. Thanks.
