It seems that Arachne protests when you don't want it to protest, and doesn't
protest when it should!

Using v. 1.48 with a 2MB ram disk on which the Cache is located, I downloaded
a 2.6MB file, which was completed without protest by Arachne. When asked
where to save the file, I gave the appropriate instructions and Arachne
indicated that it was saving the file. Shelling to DOS and checking to see
if the file existed, I found the file, but it was only 1.8MB. Looked in the
CACHE and it was only 1.8MB. On hangup, the "cache is full" message
appeared. Arachne was exited, the ram disk size was changed to 3MB and the
file was again downloaded, this time completely.

It is my understanding that when the CACHE fills, Arachne is supposed to use
EMS, XMS, or HD for additional Cache data. The question is, if Arachne does
this, why can't Arachne save the *whole* file when it is split between two
locations?
