If there were any serious chance this would help this girl's fight against
cancer, I'd spread it more.  But the American Cancer Society has no way of
counting how many people get the chain e-letter.  These chain letters and other
urban legends, such as getting HIV from a needle hidden in the coin return slot
of a pay phone, are debunked at urbanlegends.about.com.  I noticed the chain
letter was sent to many people on the Arachne list.
