??? windows millenium IS win98 (which IS win95 (which is Win 3.11)) and
these can run DOS and Win16 applications. (they base on DOS and Win16 !!)

Win2k which IS winNT can run most of the Win16 programs, and it runs most
DOS applications as long as no direct hardware access is made.
And there is *NO* sane multitasking OS that can allow that.
(so this shows again that win9x is NOT sane :)
