I would like to add to this that I solved the problem in China by using
Arachne TELNET to a shell login in Australia. This was very
satisfactory, particularly as the Chinese Hotel provided free dialin!!!
Carrying a laptop loaded with Arachne I found far better than my
boyfriends tactic of using internet cafe machines with Netscape.
Harking back to a previous topic, I am still having strange problems
with wordwrap in Insight. I am using 640 by 480 resolution and what
claims to be 1.60 stable release versin of Arachne.
