Problem: if three APM's are installd, APM X, APM Y and APM Z, and
the first installed APM (say X) is uninstalled, the backup mime.cfg
will not now about Y and Z.
Another possibility would be a change log. Each APM tells the system
what it has done. When uninstalling the entries of the APM to be
removed are compared to the other entries. If an incompatibility
arises the user is prompted.
