Seems to be another one that requires its own Winbloat software so it
can show you ads. Also, if you get your email via their service, you
will receive emailed ads from their sponsors.
Phone numbers are much fewer than some of the others. I didn't see any
local to me.
For free email with no ads, take a look at http://mailandnews.com
You might need something other than Arachne to sign up, but once you
have a mbox set up you can fetch your msgs using the POP3 functionality
of Arachne, or you can read msgs online with a browser. (If the browser
is Arachne, you must turn cookies off for it to work correctly.)
