To all those who were recently trying to figure out how to save what was
written when you left the editor page to get an e-mail address, the
solution is here.

You don't have to save mail to outbox, you don't have to leave the
mailto page, or send mail page, or send file page, or saveas page.

I alledgedly started this whole thing with my "whining."

Glenn contributed the html insert approach on htp files, and educated me
as to how to use [recognize] a clipboard, and write a file from inside
Arachne.

Now I have available some very pretty pages for anyone who is tired of
guessing and saving and so on and so forth.

Special touch I hadn't thought of until today, is for those who
routinely upload files to various ftp sites using Arachne. You may now
create a customized file for all the ftp sites you access, and simply
copy from that file to the Arachne FTP form (on saveas.ah) without
having to leave the page or search your desk for that darned scrap of
paper.

Note: Since both information files reside in textareas, text string
search [F7 etc] can be quickly used to locate the correct info you need
and you can edit the files "on the run" from within the various GUI
pages.

In keeping with Michael's desires to reduce list volume, I haven't
attached the screen shot I so wanted to. Anyone interested just drop me
a private note and I'll send *you* a screen shot [zipped and MIME
encoded] so you can decide if you want to 'upgrade' your copy of Arachne.

l.d.

P.S. I've learned stuff that will eventually help on a personal web
page. But I still can't seem to upload to Angelfire using Arachne FTP.
<sigh>
