Gregy is right. PC-PINE, version 3.96 for DOS does indeed work with IMAP
mail servers. It will not work with POP3 mail servers, and it works only
when you are online. It is my understanding that PC-PINE, version 3.96
for DOS is the *only* IMAP compatible mail client that will work with DOS.
I often use the DOS version of PC-PINE to access the IMAP server at
"subdimension.com" You might run into a problem in configuring your
memory for use with the DOS version. I think I have found a good
solution, and you may write to me privately about this, as the subject is
somewhat off topic.
All the best,
Sam Heywood
