Sometimes the freewwweb lines appear to be overwhelmed by users. One or two
times this past weekend I have not been able to get on the first time using
Freewwweb. If I can't connect the second or third time with Freewwweb, I
switch to my alternate ISP, Compuserve, which is better equipped to handle a
lot of people accessing it.
