You were right about ctmouse 1.61, it doesn't exist, it's 1.6a.
About the memory:
DRMOUSE uses 7.008 kB
CTMOUSE 1.6a uses 6.384 bytes
So I made another mistake, it didn't became more. I'll have to be more
accurate even when it looks not important :-(I only wanted to say that
the 'original' is already 'extreme' small).
Quick test with the CTMS.COM:
You were right again, it worked in QPV as well as in Arachne, but I
was confused because it didn't show up in text mode (strange option).
Not much tested anyway, I tried it for a few seconds and than I quit
to go back writing this.
And about the Logitech: many other mousedrivers couldn't handle it
neither (so I didn't test it anymore, it's a pain-in-the-a**-mouse).
Side note: Logitech's driver made my system(s) extremely slow (esp.
the screen refresh) and it consumed too much mem.
BTW, the msg is still on the list because other people may be
interested in mousedrivers as well.
