I meant for use on new or MODIFIED Arachne internal pages.
i.e. If I want to add a button or change an existing button to edit
a particular (but predetermined and therefore fixed) file, instead of
performing whatever action it takes now.

The command: arachne:internal-htmledit file:arachne.cfg is an example of
a command I would like to put on a certain page instead of what is already
there. Unfortunately, there seems to be no provision that I can find for a
function like this, and the only alternative seems to be to call a special
version of Quickpad with the desired filename builtin.

But this is horribly wasteful. I didn't want to INCREASE the number of files
Arachne uses, I wanted to actually decrease that number for a project I have
begun. Every file on a ramdisk occupies a minimum of one sector even if it is
only one byte long. Same for space on any other disk of course.
