You still must have enough room for the file to be there twice
IIRC the sequence is this (more or less - there's also download.tmp when
you download from ftp IIRC):
copy cache\xxxxxxxx.r00 download\dragon76.r00
I've been working on one that moves the file instead of copying it (I
actually have one at school).
