There is.. the diskette icon is for downloading.

The comics-style "talk baloon" thingy in the left side-bar is a link
to the Arachne Chat.

I tried it with 1.62, and it looked MUCH better then on everything else.
Sad truth: Most of the people are using everything else. :)
.. and even with the images and tables fixed, its still doesnt look
as good as the old version of the page.
