Well, NS can be adjusted by the serious user to have any background override
the document background. The default white background is pretty stupid and is
also pretty blinding ! As I said, I normally use 50% grey, but have recently
adyusted it down a bit to accomodate those twits that use 50% grey text.
But you don't want to tell the visitors what to do with their browsers.
Look at Arachne home page (text or graphic) for a howto.
That page background effectively takes over from my NS default.
It CAN'T override an NS custom background if that's what I want to use..
