It should be of the form:

(I corrected it in one of my earlier replies).
There are validation services at e.g. http://www.delorie.com
and http://www.websitegarage.com
The latter includes a spellchecker (US English) which can be helpful
when you "can't see the wood for the trees" after constructing all
those tables etc.
