Hello: Today I accessed my account at http://www.telebot.com with MSIE version 3.01 with my Window$ 95 machine. Much of the page was unusable because there was no vertical scroll bar when seen with MSIE. Later today I accessed the same site with my Arachne. All scroll bars were seen, and they all worked.
