I guess those events would be easy to implement. But, I begin to see
more and more sites that work on the "open new window" concept.
Maybe set Arachne to simply go to the "new window"'s URL?

Note: since Arachne is a full screen browser, putting a "refresh to
a new browser window" option in its original form might -not- be
a good idea.. since once you enter a site with this thing you
will load the main page, and then suddently switch to a totally
diffrent page that was seposed to be there as a "floating window".

But the normal "open new window" that isnt automatic should be simply
act as a normal HREF command.

Thats my opinions on the matter.
