This requires a cgi script on any/all pages that use forms for e-mail.
If you just want e-mail from the people, you don't need a form. Check
my pages out on how to set an active field and trigger most browsers
into sending you the mail you want.
If you want to stick to a form format, you'll need to hunt for a
script and cgi engine on the web you can link to. I know there are a
number of free ones out there.
AFAIK no browser could use your page, the way it is set up, to send you
mail.
