I'm replying publicly so that people understand it has absolutely
*nothing* to do with the Rev. Falwell's religion.
As part of his "ministry" he runs a private adoption agency, one that is
110% for the continuation of sealed records, total removal of birth
parents from the life of the child, and continuation of the denial of
civil rights to adult adoptees. The page was a recent article by him
about finding young mothers to "give" their babies to "good Christian
couples" who were on a long waiting list with his agency.
Since I am actively involved in the fight for open records, for civil
rights for adult adoptees, and involved in the March for Adoptee Civil
Rights this month in DC, I wanted to know what the article said.
"Know thy enemy" has always been the first law of defense, or of
attacking "the enemy's" stance in matters politic.
And now you know ... part of why I founded B'FOR and wanted the site as
perfect as possible ... and why I wanted to go there.
