I saved the problem page and images using Opera3.60 for Win3.1x
Had time to look at the source just now and in the <head> of the
document spotted:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
This was duly commented out, and the page loaded just fine (offline)
in A1.61 -- do the same by adding <!-- to a new line above, and -->
to a new line below the tag, or simply delete the tag.
I'd recently come across this tag, and reported it to YoYo (famous
contributor to Arachne Quick Chat and Arachne VirualAve Chat) because
we'd both found that our recently updated webpages took time to "ripple
through" the Web. It came as quite a surprise to realize that my humble
pages are cached. Who owns the distribution rights to my work?
Anyway, that tag ensures that the latest version of a page is always
served -- that it isn't held in a cache.
Hoping that that's the full story,
Jake
