The above comment is the first I've heard of a requirement to use FreeWWWeb
for at least 10 hours per month to keep one's free account active.
I also have a FreeWWWeb account. I've had this account for about five months
now. I do not want to access this account frequently because there is no
local dialup number for me. My plan is to use FreeWWWeb only as a backup
system in case my regular ISP is having problems. On the average I spend
about three or four minutes a month on my FreeWWWeb account. Usually I do
this just to check out the account to see if it is still working for me. So
far I have experienced no problems with FreeWWWeb, even with such low usage.
