Might it be possible to download that Falwell page without viewing, then edit
the part that bombs Arachne?  If Arachne can't do that, maybe htget?  There is
even a DOS port of the Unix-native wget at http://www.rahul.net/dkaufman.
Otherwise, there is DOS Lynx386 at the above URL, and there are some DOS-based
graphics viewers such as PICTVIEW and DISPLAY to display those images that are
worth viewing.
