Fully underwrite this opinion. Not really hating but detesting is more
appropriate ;-).
With a noisy line and an ISP which is keen to sell much of their bandwidth to
Internet shops I only can start downloading earnest stuff after one o 'clock
at night. And than it takes sometimes three to four trials before I have the
complete big file. Each time erasing the abandoned efforts from cache and so
on because otherwise it keeps on asking where to put the unfinished file.
