Looking in a Rand-McNally atlas (the paper variety), Kingwood, Texas, has a
population of only about 40,000, so it is unlikely that a street map exists
on the web.
MapQuest (www.mapquest.com) probably has the most comprehensive set of maps
on the web that I have found.
If you are a member of an Automobile Club that is affiliated with the
American Automobile Association (AAA), you might be able to get a map of the
area, but not a street map, from them.
