I don't understand all about the code page thing because I guess
I am just usual Westerner, assume everything the same everywhere. If
this is about Outlook Express, I get some mail from those users, but most
of them don't have current model, so don't matter too much to me. I am
not in a hurry to use it, especially with the scare
over Love Bug.
