Yes. A couple of weeks ago I accessed http://support.packardbell.com/
At the time I was having serious troubles, and wrote a bitter letter
extolling the failures of a support site that used five frames,
JavaScript, and more images than the Kodak site!
Alas, it would appear that my suggestions went unheeded. That URL is no
longer valid having been replaced by http://www.packardbell.com
The suite now relies ENTIRELY upon JavaScript and ShockWave. I F6ed
the pages, and by using the target info was able to get three pages in.
......And they wonder why people hate them......
