I've started a "heated discussion" on the Motley Fool UK investment
message board for my ISP, which wants to sell out to T-online of Germany.
The homepage http://www.freeserve.net is now useless to me with Opera
for Win3.1. Standard responses are that the newest browsers are freely
available on cover-disks, and that in any case investors want to see
technology advance. And yet yesterday there was a UK Govt report released
about the "Digital Divide". Sites using PHP are bang up to date and the
navigation works.
