Netscape didn't add "/%20" there... (or "%20/") So Arachne behaves wrong in
that regard (well actually the error is from the server that must be
sending Arachne to 
"http://www.yellownet.nl/ /y_index.html"
so Arachne changes the space for %20 (to be able to access pages made by IE
users).
Even if the "/"-bug (going bellow root) is fixed this would still be a
problem.

This is fixed in 1.65, the problem is that the Arachne runs out of screen size.
