Good grief! Where on earth did it get that from?

Com 1 "standard" IRQ is *always* 4, address 3F8.
Com 2 "standard" IRQ is *always* 3, address 2F8.
Com 3 "standard" IRQ is *always* 4, address 3E8.
Com 4 "standard" IRQ is *always* 3, address 2E8.
