The following troubles have had me fooled before now when trying to
install Arachne. Does anyone think that they would be useful additions
to the proposed Arachne FAQ?

Q1: I installed Arachne and when I try to access the Inbox, I just get a
grey screen saying 'Cannot find [somefile].IDX - why?
A1: Check that TEMP points to a real temporary directory.

Q2: I didn't have my TEMP pointing to a real directory and I got the
grey screen. Now I've fixed TEMP and I STILL get the same grey screen.
Why?
A2: When the grey screen comes up this time, press DEL to remove the
page from cache, then try pressing I again for Inbox.

Q3: I installed Arachne and it dialled out correctly and installed
something at vector 60. However, when I type in a URL or try to access
my messages, I get 'Cannot locate [someURL] - check set-up). Why?
A3: Check that the DNS numbers entered in ARACHNE.CFG are correct and
that the ISP isn't using dynamic DNS. Try entering another ISP's DNS
numbers.
