I know my computer is set correctly for my local time. Whether there should
be a plus or a minus sign preceding the GMT offset is some kind of trivial
issue that some people like to argue about. It all depends on whether you
start your orbits from east to west or vice versa. Either way you will find
yourself going around in circles.
