I use cassette tapes.
While offline, I can "alt-e" to prompt, start Cubic, set up and play a
list, including any songs that my processor could handle without A164
being present. Cubic allows browsing of crosslinked help files while the
music plays in the background. Those files are not HTML, of course, but
the idea seems similar. As, unlike Volkov, Cubic does not offer
"transparent" access to the prompt, I can't get back to arachne :-(
I know of no player that offers the prompt while playing.
Ahh... too bad they never considered browsing while using thier player!
