I've been running PC DOS 2000 now for more than one and a half year and have
not noticed any major problems with it. The only thing I've discovered is
that the mouse driver that comes with it do not like the TSE Jr editor
(formerly Qedit). But there are other mouse drivers to choose from, so
that's not a big problem. And yes, Arachne runs just fine under PC-DOS 2000.

Not the speed, but I did get some more free memory compared to M$-DOS 5.0.
