Hi folks Reading the messages of this thread, an obvious (but still incomplete) solution occured to me. The "tooltip" solution. I understand Karen has been succesful connecting the speech syntethiser to LPT port. So the point is: When the mouse moves over a button, the caption of this button should, be transmitted ASCII coded through a LPT port to the speech converter. Same thing shold apply to links ,either text or images,same thing with textareas. Textareas should be able to export their content when clicking a mouse button or when pressing a special combination of keys. The rest of the page content should be filtered for the plain text only to be transmitted to the LPT port when a person desires to hear its contents.
