Arachne and speech (Opera)

Hello list,
I think we should take a look at Opera.
It can run on win31x and has great funktions
for visual handicapt people (like zooming etc.
-would be fine for Arachne also-).Also speech
must be easyer because of win31x.
I am interested in that because diabetes type 1
has got me on the run and I can not say what
time will bring.
