Frames?

Hi All!
  Little puzzle for the HTMLers:
  http://pbsupport.alorica.com
  It uses nested frames, but A166 won't display all of them. Tidied the
src to make it easier to see what was going on (pb.htm), checked the
"src" attributes, etc. Noticed that the absent frames were the ones with
(dimension)="*". Replaced all *'s with absolute values for 600 x 430
viewing area (pb2.htm). Still no luck. Finally tried loading the cached
pages with frames disabled in Prefs; again, no luck.
  IMHO, this page should have been written with tables. As far as I can
tell, the frame layout is thus:

NAV      MAIN     ADVERT (contains part of top nav bar)

         FOOT
