Hello, Dale,
the option in pmail.sys defines the name of the file passed over
to Arachne.
*Filename format : !~d.TBS
that means: set an exclamation mark at the beginning, then a random
char, and as extension put TBS. With me this works perfectly well. No
more SNT files after uploading from Arachne.

Unfortunately I faced another problem. I think, it was discussed on
this list not long time ago, but then, I was rather uninterested in
Insight and did not pay attention.
When I tried to send the same message to multiple addresses from a
file (@listfile to the "To:"-line of the message) my Arachne Gateway
failed. Pegasus glue format has a slightly different method. And
because there is no glue header in the Arachne gateway I cannot
use this feature through Arachne gateway. But I remember, somebody
had a problem with the listfile feature. Is Insight now working as
it is expected to do? I will have to look up the list archive...
