James David Chapman, author of the Barebones DOS email system, sent it to
me per my request by private email about a year ago. I think it is freeware.
I examined the file with a viewer and could find no copyright notice. If you
want me to send you a copy, just ask for MIME64.EXE, 23,436 bytes.
