Hello Jake:

You have already provided some information as to the approximate location.
One thing you will not find on a topographic map approved for general
publication are contour lines showing some perfectly regular shapes
characteristic of excellent military targets.  Cartographers who make maps
for the government are very good at fudging contour lines wherever advisable
so as to make the terrain appear perfectly natural and undisturbed.  

It is general knowledge that wherever there are "no-fly zones" indicated on
an aeronautical chart, there are fudged contour lines on a corresponding
topographic map.  Both our friends and our would-be foes are most certainly
aware of this.
